Extensions may be available depending on progress, but must be approved and may include additional fees or rate adjustments.

Are there restrictions on property types?

We lend on 1–4 unit residential properties. Condos, manufactured homes, or rural properties may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but are not preferred.
